Dan Paolini

Keyboards, Backing Vocals, and Sax

Dan has been playing professionally since he was sixteen. But as his many (well, two) fans say, "It isn't like he has had many years of experience. It's more like he has had one year of experience over and over again."

In addition to more than twenty years of playing in area wedding bands, Dan has performed with classic rock, country rock, and top forty bands, including Windjammer, Synergy, Fatal Charm, .357 Magnum, Masterpiece, and Slo'Motion. He has played all over the Delaware Valley, as well as at events in Anaheim, Orlando, San Diego, Boston, Denver, and Santa Cruz.

He has written a number of compositions that have been performed by artists at events in such places as Paris and St. Louis, as well as locally in New Jersey. These include "When the Castles Fell Like Rain", "Meant to Be", "What's the Story, Doctor Seuss", and "Praise Him with Bells".

His influences include Greg Rolie, Ray Manzarek, Rod Argent, Billy Preston, Billy Powell, Leon Russell, Mark Russell, Dr. John, Dr. Dimento, Victor Borge, and the late Danny Boodman T. D. Lemon 1900 (aka "1900").

"Playing for d●Luxe has fulfilled a life-long dream," says Dan. "I have always wanted to play behind two beautiful women and in front of hundreds of bottles of wine and liquor. I'm in heaven!"

When he isn't playing for d●Luxe, Dan is an IT Director, soccer official, volunteer firefighter and former fire chief.
